My name is Lauren Gatto, I am a middler or 3rd year student at Northeastern University. I am a Human Services major there, interested in working for non-profit organizations. On campus I work for the Residential Safety Office as a proctor, and in the little free time that I have I enjoy reading, listening to music, and writing as well.
Nina is one of our Northeastern University Service Learners who will be contributing to EdCents this fall and winter.
My name is Nina Angeles and I’m currently a sophomore at Northeastern University dual majoring in International Affairs and Human Services. I love music, whether it’s playing piano and guitar or just listening to the radio. I also really enjoy working with kids. I’ve volunteered at Jumpstart in Roxbury and the SOS Children’s Village in Davao, Philippines.

Juan Castillo-Then is an undergrad student at Emerson College majoring Visual Media Arts: Film Production. He is at his second year at Emerson and is very active in his schools community and outside. Being president of a Hispanic Organization named Amigos “Friends”, bringing diversity, awareness and culture to the community of Emerson. He also likes to go out and do photography of the Boston area.

My name is Stanislas Phanord and I am a Middler(Third Year Student) at Northeastern University. I am studying Political Science with a concentration in Public Policy and Administration. I am currently a Co-op at the Mass Office of Consumer Affairs, a Marketing Assistant for the Dukakis Center at Northeastern, and a Resident Assistant at Northeastern.

Hi, my name is Nnennaya. I am 19 years old and am a Junior at Simmons College. I am a Chemistry major and am involved on campus as a Chemistry/Physics Liaison and Pre-Med/Pre-Health Liaison. I enjoy reading, taking long walks on Non-Boston beaches, and Tumblr.

My name is Jeanny Mejia and I am a current sophomore at Brandeis University. I am undecided with what major I want but am interested in either Law or Neuroscience. On campus I am involved in the poetry group and Women of Color Association (WOCA).

Hi, my name is Stephanie. I am a Junior at UMass Boston majoring in Nursing. I participate on campus as a Volunteering and Orientation Leader.

Hello, my name is Zhi. I am from China and have been in America for two years. I am a sophomore in University of Richmond this fall. My major is still not decided, but it will be one from economics, accounting and finance. I love reading, walking around and doing community services during my spare time.

Hi, my name is Evan Weissblum. I am a Junior at Colgate University pursuing a Major in Psychology and a Minor in Economics. I am the historian of the Colgate Resolutions Acapella Group and a member of the Colgate Inter-Fraternity Council.

Hi, my name is Jessica Edouard. I am in the Medical Interpreting program at Bunker Hill Community college. I currently work as a tutor for the City of Boston. I enjoy singing and volunteering during my spare time.
